Although critiques are not enabled on this particular artwork, I would like to give a few on this particular OC.

Firstly, red and black manes are overused and rather clash-y. You might want to stick with a gradient (such as lime to dark green and alternating those, although this is not my specific suggestion in this case) or two complimentary colors. Red and black is overused and commonly found on dreaded Mary Sues.

Also, I can see nothing but Rainbow Dash in your OC. Her tail is that of Fluttershy's own. You really should change it to a lesser-used or maybe even a custom mane/tail.

You really should make some improvements to your OC. It's a decent start, however. The only reason I'm saying this is because I don't want people hating on you for how your OC is a 'recolor', although it's obvious that she is. Please do not take this personally; I do not hate you. Just keep improving.
